Welcome to our doTERRA Essential Oils Experience, where we have put together for you a number of sample doTERRA essential oils, and essential oil blends.
The products in the experience include those that address normal physical health issues, such as:

All things calming
Lavender
- Take one drop in an inch of water, or inhale:
- To reduce anxious feeling
- To help ease feelings of tension
- For a restful night's sleep:
- Take one drop in an inch of water; or
- Apply topically to the soles of your feet; or
- Sprinkle one or two drops on your pillow or bedding
- Diffuse for a calming and relaxing aroma
- For skin irritations, apply topically to soothe and calm the skin
- Use in cooking to soften citrus flavours and add a flavourful twist

- To relieve headache pain, rub Peppermint into each temple near the hairline (avoiding the eyes), and across the brow
- Inhale or diffuse when feeling:
- Fatigued
- Low on physical or emotional energy
- Take one drop in an inch of water, or in a veggie capsule, to ease occasional stomach upsets
- Inhale, diffuse, or take one drop in water:
- To promote healthy breathing
- To support your respiration
- Use one drop with Lemon in water for a healthy, refreshing mouth rinse
- Add to water or tea to maintain a healthy gastrointestinal tract
- For a mid-day pick-me-up, inhale a mixture of:
- One drop Peppermint
- One drop Wild Orange

Wild orange
- Take one drop in an inch of water:
- For a burst of flavour
- To promote overall health
- Inhale or diffuse:
- To uplift mood or energy levels
- To freshen the air
- For an energising boost, combine with:
- One drop of Peppermint
then rub your palms together and inhale deeply, then rub on the back of your neck.

- Take ZenGest internally when travelling or trying new foods, to soothe occasional stomach upset
