Essential oils have been used for thousands of years to help promote holistic health and well-being. Perhaps the best way to find out whether essential oils can actually help you is for you to "test drive" the oils to address particular health or well-being concerns that you may have.  

Essential oils can be used to address a vast range of health issues, and each essential oil has many potential applications.
